•For custom orders, your flowers or petals should be sent out within 15 days of receiving the delivery address. After that, no refunds are available. You can choose to use from one of our flowers or select a different design.

•Once a parcel is marked as delivered by the courier company, any delivery issues are the responsibility of the courier, and we cannot take responsibility
